Error: Microsoft Word Error=1177 (due to document placed in the Temp folder).

Error:

Microsoft Word Error=1177. The document name or path is not valid: (C:\WINDOWS\SPOOL\FAX\...\FILENAME)

Cause:

The document is stored in the Temp folder while it is in use. Since Word expects to find the document in its respective window it takes longer than expected to find the document and the error message appears.

Solution:

Choose 'OK' in the dialog box and the document will be faxed.
